Road to Gen-E 2026: The new generation of entrepreneurs takes the stage and claims the ticket to the Largest Entrepreneurship Festival in Europe
Junior Achievement Cyprus invites you to Road to Gen-E 2026, an all-day event dedicated to youth entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation. For the first time, the Finals of JA Cyprus’ top two programmes – JA StartUp Programme and JA Company Programme – take place on the same day, Wednesday 29 April 2026, and at the same venue, Royal Hall, Nicosia, creating a dynamic experience where pupils and students share the same stage and the same goal: to turn their ideas into reality.
JA StartUp Programme | 12:00 – 15:00
The JA StartUp Programme Final brings to the fore students who turn innovative ideas into real businesses. Through months of work, the teams present their business projects in front of a jury and audience, claiming the title of StartUp of the Year. In the afternoon, the stage is occupied by high school students who have created their own small businesses through the Company programme. The teams present their products and services, share their journey and claim the title of Company of the Year 2026, leading to Gen-E 2026. During the Ceremony, the winning team for the Best Campaign will be awarded within the framework of the “Be the Match – Youth Edition” program, which was implemented in collaboration with the Karaiskakio Foundation, and aimed to raise awareness by encouraging more young men and women to register as volunteer bone marrow donors.
The Road to Gen-E 2026 brings together ideas and teams from the classroom to the university. The winning teams will travel to Riga, Latvia, in July to represent Cyprus at Gen-E 2026, the largest youth entrepreneurship scene in Europe. We are waiting for you!
