Junior Achievement Cyprus Welcomes Two Partners and a New Team Member

Junior Achievement Cyprus is growing and we would like to introduce you to our new team member as well as two new partners!

JA Cyprus’ increasing impact and its successful activities can be significantly attributed to its partners’ valuable contribution. This year, JA Cyprus is pleased to welcome two new important partners that are supporting the ‘Company Programme’ with great enthusiasm: Cyta, the leading provider of integrated electronic communication services, and the leading multinational insurance company MetLife Alico. Nasia Papazachariou-Agapiou, Innovation and Idea Development Officer at Cyta, and the General Director of MetLife Alico Cyprus, Antonios Karpasitis, are the two new Board Members, who have already contributed significantly to the Programme’s enhancement.

Equipped with University degrees in Business Administration and International Relations from the USA, extensive experience in the business world, as well as a passion for youth entrepreneurship, Elena Michael-Tsaggaridou joined the JA Cyprus team to strengthen its potential with the aid of her specialized knowledge and strong organizational skills. In accordance with Roosevelt’s view, she actively supports the notion that even if we are not able to create a desirable future for next generations, we can always equip modern youth with the required skills and capabilities. Education promoting the acquisition of entrepreneurial and employability knowledge and skills is a powerful tool towards realizing this goal.
