JA Cyprus is growing and we would like to introduce you to our new partner as well as our two new supporters!
Partner: PwC Cyprus
The steady expansion of the Company Programme in both public and private high schools, as well as vocational schools all over Cyprus, is greatly attributed to its partners’ valuable contributions. This year, JA Cyprus is pleased to welcome an important new partner that has been actively supporting its objectives and activities since March 2015. This partner is PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Cyprus, one of the biggest global companies providing auditing, taxation and consulting services. JA Cyprus would like to cordially welcome a new member to its Board of Directors, Mr Evgenios Evgeniou, CEO of PwC Cyprus.

Supporters: Aon Hewitt Cyprus & the Association of Cyprus Banks
In response to the European Commission’s focus on entrepreneurship education, Αon Hewitt Cyprus, a member of Aon plc, the leading global provider of risk management and human resource consulting and outsourcing, celebrated Global Service Day in June 2015, by offering a 25% scholarship to a teacher who successfully participated in the Company Programme for two consecutive academic years. Now, JA Cyprus is pleased to formally welcome Αon Hewitt Cyprus as a supporter, and would like to warmly thank the company’s Director, Mr Philippos Mannaris, for his continued support.

JA Cyprus’ aim to expand its activities into primary schools was met with a positive response from the Association of Cyprus Banks. With the Association’s valuable support, financial education will be promoted for the first time in Cyprus through the new JA programme entitled “More than Money”. We would like to extend our special thanks to the General Director, Mr Michalis Kammas, who embraced this goal from the onset.
