JA Cyprus Launches the 3rd Annual “Company Programme”

This is the third year that Junior Achievement Cyprus cooperates with both public and private high schools, as well as vocational schools from all over Cyprus, through the Company Programme. The programme aims to offer high school students, aged 15-18, the opportunity to learn through practice how to take a business idea, from concept to actuality, by forming and running a real company for a whole academic year.

Since 2013, 400 high school students from 36 different schools in Cyprus have created 56 mini-companies, with the invaluable support of 77 volunteer school teachers and 50 advisers from the business community.

This year, the JA Cyprus team is back with the aim of engaging a greater number of schools and strengthening the entrepreneurial spirit of even more high school students…
