Cultural BEES

Description

Cultural BEES is a Creative Europe entrepreneurship education programme designed to empower young people to develop entrepreneurial skills and explore innovative ideas within the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI) and the Cultural Heritage sector. The programme combines research-based learning, practical experience, and digital tools to support the next generation of cultural entrepreneurs.

Target Groups:

Students aged 15–18
Young professionals in the Cultural and Creative Industries aged 19–30

The programme is implemented through schools in collaboration with national Junior Achievement (JA) organizations in Cyprus, Italy, and Bulgaria.

Objectives

Develop a research-driven educational programme and digital toolkit tailored to young people aged 15–30.
Deliver the programme to at least 1,000 secondary and tertiary education students across Cyprus, Bulgaria, and Italy.
Foster entrepreneurship, creativity, and innovation within the Cultural and Creative Industries sector.
Equip participants with practical skills, knowledge, and tools for professional success in the CCI ecosystem.
Support young people in developing sustainable, inclusive, and innovative cultural projects, ideas, and ventures.
