GGEE

Description

The Erasmus+ GGEE (Going Green in Entrepreneurship Education) project aimed to develop an active learning module that integrates entrepreneurship education with environmental responsibility in secondary and vocational education, both in the participating countries and across Europe. The project was implemented in collaboration with JA Estonia, JA Portugal, JA Cyprus and JA Lithuania.

Within the framework of the project, systematic active learning materials were developed for each stage of a business’s operations. In this way, students participating in entrepreneurship education were able to follow the entrepreneurial process step by step, learning by doing, acquiring knowledge, and at the same time developing an entrepreneurial mindset with a positive attitude towards environmental protection.

Objectives

The development of innovative educational material for integrating green entrepreneurship into education.
The enhancement of students’ skills and competences to actively contribute to the development of the green economy.
The connection of school learning with the real world of work through experiential activities and entrepreneurial applications.
The cultivation of an entrepreneurial mindset with an emphasis on sustainability and environmental responsibility.
The training and empowerment of teachers for the effective teaching of entrepreneurship.
The promotion of collaboration between schools and businesses, strengthening the dissemination of good practices at the European level.
