With innovation as its compass, JA Cyprus travels to GEN-E 2025 in Athens.
July starts dynamically: On Tuesday 1 July 2025, the Cypriot delegation of Junior Achievement Cyprus is packing its bags for Athens, participating in Europe’s leading youth entrepreneurship festival, GEN-E 2025! The “Peellastic” and “MedschoolPal” teams are preparing to present their innovative ideas and worthily represent Cyprus on the European stage.
GEN-E is much more than a competition, it is a celebration of youth innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship. Thousands of young people from all over Europe will meet in Athens, to present their business ideas, be inspired, learn and compete for the title of “Best Student Company” and “Best Start-Up” of the year.
The CEO of JA Cyprus, Antigoni Komodiki, stated:
“Athens, apart from being a historic city; this year in July, it becomes the focus of youth innovation. Every year, GEN-E is a top experience for our young people. This year’s event in Athens fills us with enthusiasm, not only because it brings the festival closer geographically, but also because it highlights the important role played by young people in Cyprus in the European innovation ecosystem. We wish every success to our teams!”
This year’s GEN-E 2025 event is hosted by JA Greece, in the heart of Athens, from 1 to 4 July 2025. The national winners will have the opportunity to present their ideas in front of international judges, entrepreneurs, educators and hundreds of young people from all over Europe.
