Cypriot StartUp team “pHera” presents in front of European Investors at Beyond Demo Day in Bulgaria
JA Cyprus is proud to share that pHera, the winning team of this year’s Beyond Programme, had the exciting opportunity to present their innovative idea at the Beyond Demo Day, held on March 27th in Sofia, Bulgaria.
At JA Cyprus, we strive to provide as many real-life opportunities as possible for our participants. Hosted by The Edge and JA Bulgaria, this experience gave the pHera startup the incredible chance to pitch their idea in front of European investors as part of their award—gaining invaluable exposure, feedback, and the confidence to take their venture to the next level.
The pHera team, composed of passionate young people, Karthikayini Gomathinayagam, Ron Poon, Alma Sato and Loukia Hadjilazarou—represented Cyprus at the event, connecting with like-minded peers, receiving constructive feedback, and experiencing what it means to operate on a European level.
“Participating in Beyond Demo Day gave our medical students an incredible opportunity to not only present their idea at a European level, but also to network, receive insights, and build confidence in a professional entrepreneurial environment,” said Eleni Tovletian, Project Manager at JA Cyprus.
