The Company Programme is the largest youth entrepreneurship programme on the island. Students 15-18, throughout the academic year transform their business ideas to reality, guided by their teachers and mentors from the business community. Participants have hands-on experiences in running a real business, from team formation, capital raising, business plan development, product development, marketing, and sales to liquidating the company. In the National Finale Ceremony, the top 10 teams that qualified from the Trade Fair pitch their ideas to the judges and the audience, with the aim of winning the 1^st place, which secures a trip to Gen-E, the largest Entrepreneurship Festival in Europe.
