The Company Programme is the largest youth entrepreneurship programme on the island. Students 15-18, throughout the academic year transform their business ideas to reality, guided by their teachers and mentors from the business community. Participants have hands-on experiences in running a real business, from team formation, capital raising, business plan development, product development, marketing, and sales to liquidating the company. The Trade Fair is the ultimate celebration of the programme where students share their ideas with the world.
