The Company Programme empowers students to turn their ideas and their dreams into actions. Students aged 15-18 years old have the opportunity to learn through practice how to leverage a viable business idea, form their own company and create and sell their own products/services for a whole academic year. In doing so they have the guidance of their teacher and the support of a business mentor.  During the Mentors’ Training business volunteers are educated in the procedures and the activities of the programme as well as the values and the code of conduct of working with young people.
