This is your chance!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As part of the European funded project <em>Girls Who Lead<\/em>, we are looking for 3 inspiring young girls to become Girl Leaders Mentors and support other girls in discovering their voice, confidence, and leadership potential! \ud83d\udc9c<\/p>\n<p>Tell us: \u201cWhat is one action you would take to empower young women, and how would you achieve it?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>What do you need to do?<br \/>\nSubmit by 31<sup>st<\/sup> of May 2026:<br \/>\n\ud83d\udce9 A creative short video<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Length: <strong>2\u20133 minutes<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Language: Speak clearly and confidently<\/li>\n<li>Format: Phone or camera video accepted<\/li>\n<li>Orientation: Preferably <strong>vertical<\/strong> (for social media style)<\/li>\n<li>Make sure your video has:\n<ul>\n<li>Good lighting \ud83d\udca1<\/li>\n<li>Clear sound \ud83c\udfa4<\/li>\n<li>Stable camera \ud83d\udcf1<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\ud83d\udcc4 A simple <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSdxzN_mNQUWkHdZ98ta1mWmsFL7W4MJyymm3RUvSsjgUrzbKA\/viewform?usp=publish-editor\">application form<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The girls selected commit to actively participating in all activities and trainings of the Girls Who Lead project, with the aim of inspiring, mentoring, and empowering other young girls to gain the skills and competences needed to become future leaders.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for girls who are:<br \/>\n\u2714 Motivated<br \/>\n\u2714 Creative<br \/>\n\u2714 Supportive of others<br \/>\n\u2714 Passionate about positive change<br \/>\n\u2714 Ready to inspire and lead<\/p>\n<p>\ud83c\udf0d Girls from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply, especially girls from disadvantaged, migrant, rural, or underrepresented communities.<\/p>\n<p>Become part of a European network of young female leaders, mentors, and changemakers!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Girls Who Lead: Navigating Leadership Skills in a Rapidly Evolving Europe<\/strong> is an Erasmus+ project co-funded by the European Union that aims to empower young girls to become confident and effective leaders in a fast-changing Europe. The project focuses on strengthening leadership, entrepreneurial, and digital competences through innovative educational approaches, including an interactive curriculum based on gamified escape rooms and social entrepreneurship activities.<\/p>\n<p>Running from October 2025 to September 2027, the project brings together six partner organizations from five European countries: Junior Achievement Latvia (Latvia, Coordinator), Junior Achievement \u2013 Young Enterprise (Cyprus), Asociaci\u00f3n Empresas CON VALORES (Spain), Institute of Entrepreneurship Development (Estonia), Synthesis Center for Research and Education (Cyprus), and Global Women in Tech (Romania).
