{"id":14161,"date":"2025-11-13T12:13:07","date_gmt":"2025-11-13T10:13:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jacyprus.org\/?p=14161"},"modified":"2025-11-13T12:13:07","modified_gmt":"2025-11-13T10:13:07","slug":"a-new-era-of-cooperation-between-junior-achievement-cyprus-and-the-ja-cyprus-alumni","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jacyprus.org\/en\/a-new-era-of-cooperation-between-junior-achievement-cyprus-and-the-ja-cyprus-alumni\/","title":{"rendered":"A new era of cooperation between Junior Achievement Cyprus and the JA Cyprus Alumni"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Junior Achievement Cyprus (JA Cyprus)<\/strong> and <strong>JA<\/strong> <strong>Alumni Cyprus signed <\/strong>a\u00a0 Memorandum of Understanding on <strong>October 25, 2025<\/strong>, marking a new era in the Organization&#8217;s relationship with its alumni community.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>JA Cyprus Alumni<\/strong>, which was founded in <strong>2017<\/strong>, is the official network of young people who have participated in JA Cyprus programmes and wish to continue contributing to the mission of the Organization, promoting entrepreneurship education, innovation and social contribution.<\/p>\n<p>The new partnership is based on <strong>\u00a0the <\/strong><strong>association&#8217;s Statute and Code of Conduct<\/strong>, which transparently defines the operating principles, governance structure and cooperation procedures with JA Cyprus. Through this agreement, the two organizations strengthen communication between them and collaboration, ensuring that alumni remain an active and integral part of the broader Junior Achievement family.<\/p>\n<p>The agreement provides, among other things:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Regular monthly meetings between JA Cyprus and JA Alumni Cyprus.<\/li>\n<li>Joint planning and implementation of actions and events that promote the personal and professional development of young people.<\/li>\n<li>Strengthening the alumni network with mentorship, volunteering, and networking opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The <strong>CEO of JA Cyprus, Ms. Antigoni Komodiki<\/strong>, stated:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This partnership reaffirms our commitment to supporting young people after they complete their programmes, enabling them to continue learning, contributing and inspiring.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>National Coordinator of JA Alumni Cyprus, Mr. Nikolas Pantelis<\/strong>, added:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It is not just a kind of partnership, but a transaction of coordinated actions, ideas and actions with the common goal of contributing to the development of entrepreneurship among young people and cultivating a new generation of leaders and volunteers.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>This agreement is an important step in connecting young people with the vision and values of JA Cyprus, promoting active participation, lifelong learning and social responsibility.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For more information: <\/strong><br \/>\n\ud83d\udce7 info@jacyprus.org | \ud83c\udf10 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jacyprus.org\">www.jacyprus.org<\/a><br \/>\n\ud83d\udce7 alumni@jacyprus.org<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Junior Achievement Cyprus (JA Cyprus) and JA Alumni Cyprus signed a\u00a0 Memorandum of Understanding on October 25, 2025, marking a new era in the Organization&#8217;s relationship with its alumni community.
