The survey also revealed that 95% of the students improved their communication and teamworking skills, while 70% reported that they developed their entrepreneurial skills. This program helps students get in touch with the real world and test their business skills in a protected environment. Through their efforts they discover the strengths and weaknesses of the team but much more important of themselves. My own students mentioned too many times that they did not believe how much they could achieve by discovering themselves.
